Zahlebook is a technological platform that provides software solutions for corporate billing architecture design, digital accounting report automation, inventory database synchronization, cash flow audits, and electronic management budget control. Access to and use of the platform is governed by these conditions.
The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and not to engage in fraudulent or illegal use of it. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. Zahlebook reserves the right to suspend or cancel access in case of non-compliance.
Zahlebook strives to maintain the availability and proper functioning of the platform but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Zahlebook shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption, except in cases where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
In no event shall Zahlebook be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from (i) the use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any action taken in connection with the platform's content; (iii) any errors or omissions in the content; or (iv) any unauthorized access to the user's transmissions.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software of the platform are the property of Zahlebook or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the content without the express consent of Zahlebook is prohibited.
Zahlebook reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the platform. The user is advised to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Zahlebook may suspend or terminate the user's access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if the user breaches these terms or if fraudulent or illegal use is detected. The user may request the termination of their account at any time by contacting the support team.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of El Seibo, Dominican Republic.
